Our story

Three generations, one recipe.

Tony Marino opened our doors in 1987 with a single wood-fired oven and his grandmother's dough recipe from Naples. Nearly four decades later, we still ferment our dough 48 hours, source tomatoes from the foot of Vesuvius, and treat every guest like family.

No shortcuts. No nonsense. Just pizza, done properly.
